Check the following items before loading or removing the battery: c The lens barrier is closed. d The lamps on the right of the 1 viewfinder are off. e The monitor is off. 2 3 Loading the battery Slide the battery compartment cover in the direction of c and lift up in the direction of d. 2 1 Insert the battery into the bottom of the camera as shown.
