Power WARNING BEFORE TURNING ON POWER FOR THE FIRST TIME, READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION CAREFULLY. • Some models are designed for use only with the power supply voltage of the region where they are sold. U.S.A. and Canadian models: AC120V, 60 Hz Worldwide models: 120 and 220V switchable, 50/60 Hz • Voltage Selector (Rear Panel) Worldwide models are equipped with a voltage selector to conform with local power supplies. Be sure to set this switch to match the voltage of the power supply in your area before turning the power switch on. Voltage is changed by sliding the groove in the switch with a screwdriver to the right or left. Confirm that the switch has been moved all the way to the right or left before turning the power switch on. Models without a voltage selector can only be used in areas where the power supply is the same as that of the unit. ,J 220V ti 120V 'I. at AC120V L, 220V 120V at AC220V • Tuning Step Frequency Switch (Bottom) Worldwide models are equipped with a switch that controls the AM (9 kHz/10 kHz) band tuning steps. Be sure to set this switch to match the tuning step frequency in your area.
