Chapter 5 Maintenance - Self-diagnosis display Self-diagnosis display There is a self-diagnosis display on the side of the projector. Self-diagnosis display will automatically display the value of the input supply voltage, or details of errors or warnings when they occur. (x page 28) The following list shows the alphanumeric symbol that is displayed when an error or a warning has occurred and its details. The input supply voltage is displayed only with the numeric value. Check the model number displayed on the lamp unit and use a lamp unit with the same model number. ff The lamp unit for portrait mode is attached. Replace the lamp unit with one compatible with the projector. ff It will reach the lamp replacement time. Replace the lamp unit. ff Failed to light the lamp. Turn on the power again after the lamp is cooled. If the lamp still does not light, consult your dealer. ff It has reached the lamp replacement time. Replace the lamp unit. ff Attach the lamp unit. ff Attach the air filter unit. ff Clean or replace the air filter unit. (x page 181) ff The input supply voltage is low.
