Troubleshooting Diagnostic Utility • Stop the test, press the grey STOP button when the status light is blue. • You may need to press the stop button more than once • To pick a specific peripheral or device to test, click on that icon to enable it for testing • Peripherals or devices that are not enabled for testing will be grayed out • Peripherals or devices that are enabled for testing will be shown in full color • When a device fails diagnostics, you should reset the BIOS and run that diagnostic test again to be sure • If any component fails diagnostics, the device should be sent in to the National Service Center for repair 26
