Flash Shutter Speeds for Flash Modes [Flash Mode] Shutter speed (sec.) 1/50*1 1 to 1/50 *1 In [ ] mode, the shutter speed will be 60 seconds to 1/50 of a second and in [ ] mode it will be [T] (Time) or 60 seconds to 1/50 of a second. • Shutter speeds faster than 1/50 of a second are not available when you fire the flash. • In mode, the shutter speed changes depending on the detected scene. The available flash range (approximation) When you use certain lenses, light from the flash may be blocked or fail to cover the lens field of view, causing dark areas to appear in the resulting pictures.
