Extra Optical Zoom If the number of the recording pixels is set to anything other than the maximum number of recording pixels in Still Picture Recording Mode, the still image can be recorded with a zoom ratio of a maximum of 20k without degrading the picture quality. ≥ Extra Optical Zoom ratio varies depending on the setting of [ASPECT RATIO] and [PICTURE SIZE].
