Conditions
If a CPC signal is sent to an outside (CO) line before the assigned time limit, a call
between two external parties will be disconnected.
System programming is required to execute this feature.
If a call between two external parties is established, an alarm tone is sent to both parties
fifteen seconds before the assigned time limit (default: 10 minutes). “Hold Alarm/Hold
Recall” is sent to the transferring extension fifty seconds before time out.
If you want to return to the held call, press the TRANSFER button or corresponding
CO or INTERCOM button before the destination party answers.
If you want to join the conversation after transferring the call, press the corresponding
CO button. A conference call is established.
To change the party where the call is transferred before hanging-up, press the CO
button whose indicator is flashing slowly to retrieve the call, then repeat the Call
Transfer procedure.
