C 3.2 Telephone Features Conference, Unattended When you are in a conference with two outside parties, you can leave the conference call allowing the other two parties to continue their conversation. To establish an Unattended Conference PT During a conversation with two outside parties CONF Press CONF to leave the conference. • An outside-to-outside (CO-to-CO) line call between the other two parties is established. To return to the conference PT CO Press the CO flashing green moderately. Conditions • System Programming is required to execute this feature. PT • When an Unattended Conference is established, an alarm tone is sent to both outside parties fifteen seconds before the assigned time limit (default: 10 minutes). "Hold Recall" is activated at the extension that leaves the conference fifty seconds before the time out. The call is disconnected when the time out expires unless the extension returns to the conference. PT • For example, if you are on-hook and hear "Hold Recall" during the Unattended Conference mode, the display will show "CO 2 & CO 3" for fifty seconds before the time out.
