Initial Settings menu 05 Chapter 5 Initial Settings menu Using the Initial Set- tings menu The Initial Settings menu is where you can set preferences for language, audio and video output, and so on. If a menu option is grayed out it means that it cannot be changed at the current time. This is usually because a disc is playing. Stop the disc, then change the setting. 1 Press HOME MENU and select "Initial Settings" from the on-screen display. Digital Audio Out settings Digital Out You only need to make this setting if you connected this system to an AV receiver (or other component) using the digital output. • Default setting is On.
