Turning on the power Turning on Long hold the STANDBY/ON button and the power will come on. The POWER indicator will come on white. Caution • Although the indicator light remains off while the unit's power is off (in standby mode), there is still power flowing to the unit at this time. Auto Power Down The unit should go to standby mode automatically at following condition. • If ten minutes pass with no Bluetooth device connected, and without the stereo mini-plug cable inserted into the AUX Jack, then the unit will automatically go into standby mode. • During battery operation, the unit will automatically go into standby mode when the battery power runs out. Switching Input The unit allows music to be enjoyed using either a Bluetooth connection or the AUX Jack connection. If you wish to output music using a Bluetooth connection, remove the stereo mini-plug cable from the AUX Jack. If the supplied stereo mini-plug cable is inserted in the AUX Jack, AUX music will be output. See the sections "Listening to music using a Bluetooth connection on page 15" and "Listening to music on an external device on page 21" for details on controlling these operations. Note • Hands-free calls can still be both made and received even when the stereo miniplug cable is inserted in the AUX Jack. • Do not operate this unit while driving as it is dangerous. 14 En
