• Setting the Drive Mode Your camera features a Self-timer and Burst which can be set in the Drive mode function in the Record Menu. The Self-timer allows you to take photos after a pre-defined delay. While Burst Record Mode lets you take consecutive shots. This function is Drive Mode OFF only available in recording still images. The Drive AEB OFF mode setting is automatically set to off when you turn off the camera. AF Area AF Lamp Sharpness To set the Drive Mode 1. From the Record menu, select Drive Mode. 2. Use the or DISP keys to go through the selection. Record10Mo1d0esec. Drive M2od2e sec. AEB x2 Double OFF OFF 3. Press the SET button to save and apply AF Area Burst changes. AF LaOmFFp Off Sharpness The table below shows the available Drive mode settings. Icon Item Description 10 10 Sec Self-timer Sets a 10-second delay to capture image after pressing the shutter button. 2 2 Sec Self-timer Sets a 2-second delay to capture image after pressing the shutter button. Performs delay and capture twice: x2 Double Self-timer • Performs a 10-second delay, then captures the image. • Performs another 2-second delay then captures the image again. Burst Performs continuous shooting when the shutter button is pressed and held down. Stops shooting when the shutter button is released. Off Captures an image without time delay.
