7. Press a Front Handrail Cap (106) into the Left Handrail (110). Attach the Front Handrail Cap 7 with a #8 x 3/4" Endcap Screw (16). Slide the Left Collar (75) onto the Left Upright (76). Align the large holes in the Left Collar with the large holes in the Left Upright. Set the Left Handrail (110) on the Left Collar. Attach the Left Handrail (110) with two 3/8" x 1 1/4" Bolts (7) and two 3/8" Star Washers (9). Firmly tighten the Bolts. 110 Tighten two #8 x 3/4" Screws (12) into the Left Collar (75). 75 76 106 16 9 12 7 8. Insert the Upright Wire (79) through the Right Collar (84). Slide the Right Collar onto the Right Upright (81). Hold the Right Handrail (109) near the Right Upright (81). Insert the Upright Wire (79) into the hole in the bottom of the Right Handrail and pull it out of the large hole in the side of the Right Handrail. See the inset drawing. Insert the included plastic tie through the holes in the Right Handrail (109) as shown. Look inside the Right Handrail. Make sure that the plastic tie holds the Upright Wire (79) to the side as shown in the inset drawing. Tighten the plastic tie. Press a Front Handrail Cap (106) into the Right Handrail (109). Attach the Front Handrail Cap with a #8 x 3/4" Endcap Screw (16). Attach the Right Handrail (109) with two 3/8" x 1 1/4" Bolts (7) and two 3/8" Star Washers (9). Firmly tighten the Bolts.
