TROUBLE-SHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE Inspect and tighten all parts each time you use the cross training system. Replace any worn parts immediately. The cross training system can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. Do not use solvents. ADJUSTING THE CABLES If there is slack in the cables before resistance is felt, the cables can be adjusted. To adjust the cable attached to the'weight stack near the stepper, find the Long `U" Bracket (19) labeled IA" in the drawing at the right. To adjust the cable attached to the weight stack near the cam arm, find the Long "Um Bracket (19) labeled "B" in the drawing at the right. To tighten the cable, thread the 5/16" Nylock Nut (1) farther onto the threaded end of the cable. If the cables cannot be properly tightened by tightening the 5/16" Nylock Nuts (1), the cables may need to be replaced. Inspect

To
tighten
the
cable,
thread
the
5/16"
Nylock
Nut
(1)
farther
onto
the
threaded
end
of
the
cable.
If
the
cables
cannot
be
properly
tightened
by
tightening
the
5/16"
Nylock
Nuts
(1),
the
cables
may
need
to
be
replaced.
