Download training workouts designed to help you reach your personal goals. Measure your progress by competing against other users in the iFit community. Upload your workout results to the iFit cloud and track your accomplishments. Set calorie, time, or distance goals for your workouts. Watch high-definition videos with simulated workouts. FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE The advanced treadmill console offers an array of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. When you use the manual mode, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display instant exercise feedback. You can also measure your heart rate using the handgrip heart rate monitor or the chest heart rate monitor. In addition, the console features a selection of onboard workouts, including at least eight calorie workouts, eight interval workouts, eight speed workouts, eight endurance workouts, and six iFit demo workouts. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session. In addition, you can set a calorie, time, distance, or pace goal.
