HOW TO OPERATE THE EXERCISE CYCLE HOW TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT and the lateral position OF THE SEAT For effective exercise, the seat should be at the proper height. HOW TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT AND THE LATERAL
POSITION OF THE SEAT
