Settings FreqStep (Frequency Step) To changes the way that the player scans through the radio frequencies. Switch to EU if you bring the player to Europe; switch back to US when you return to North America. RecDur (Record duration) To change the duration (Max, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour) for radio recording. Language To change the language of the player menus. Unit To switch between English (Imperial) and metric units when entering personal information. Refer to page 26 for details. Protocol To switch between MSC (Mass Storage Class) and MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) modes when connected to your PC. To enable function of transferring subscription music content, select MTP mode. Flip display To flip the display 180°. System info To show the amount of free space available and the firmware version. Date and time To set the date and time (for Fitness mode).
