Modem Related QSound is recorded abnormally when I select the Acoustic Echo Cancellation option, connect an external microphone, select the Play Device > Speaker > Level tab and then deselect Mute for the Microphone. If there is no reaction to the command, it means the modem is out or order. In this case, restart the system or reinstall the modem driver and then diagnose the modem again.
