The MOTION DET fuction detects moving objects and can be used to detect intruders' movements during off-hours. If you select ON and press the [ENTER] key, the MOTION DET submenu screen will come up. If you specify the "AREA" menu with the PRESET, the MOTION detection function will be applied to the area set by factory default, and you can set it directly by pressing the [ENTER] key with the USER item.
