When an Alarm Sounds, Turn Off the Alarm, World Time

7. Press when you're finished entering the time and frequency for the alarm. If the alarm is set to On, the alarm icon ( ) appears in the top of the display. When an Alarm Sounds An animated alarm clock appears in the display and an alert sounds when the specified time for the alarm arrives. • Press to silence the alarm. • If the alarm was set as a Daily alarm, the alarm icon remains in the top of the display. • If the alarm was set as a Once only alarm, the alarm icon disappears from the top of the display. Turn Off the Alarm 1. In standby mode, press the Menu (OK) key, then press tuv (for Tools) and ghi for Alarm Clock. The following options appear in the display: • Alarm 1 • Alarm 2 • Alarm 3 2. Use the navigation keys to highlight the desired alarm, then press the Options (right) soft key ( ). The following options appear in the display: • On / Off • Reset • Reset All 3. Use the Up/Down navigation keys to highlight Reset, then press . The selected alarm is turned off. World Time World Time lets you view the time of day or night in any of the 24 different time zones around the world. Note: To use World Time, you need to subscribe to your Cellular Provider's digital service. 1. In standby mode, press the MENU key ( ), then press tuv (for Tools) and jkl for World Time.
