Options are ON, OFF or ERR (prints only when a transmission is not successful). A report with detailed information about the previous 50 communications operations, including time and dates. Optional settings are ON or OFF. The Receive Code allows you to initiate fax reception from an extension phone plugged into the EXT jack on the back of the machine. If you pick up the extension phone and hear fax tones, enter the Receive Code. The Receive Code is preset to *9* at the factory. Settings range from 0 to 9. The power save menu item lets you reduce power usage when the machine is idle. Select ON to turn this feature on. The display prompts you to choose the length of time the machine waits after a job is printed before it switches to a reduced power state. Select OFF to turn this feature off. It keeps the machine ready to print with minimum warm-up time. Error Correction Mode compensates for poor line quality. Options are ON or OFF.
