You can still make emergency calls if your service provider supports it" displays Check that the SIM card has been correctly installed. "No network coverage," "Error unable to connect. No network coverage." or "Message sending failed" displays • The network connection has been lost. You may be in a weak signal area (in a tunnel or surrounded by buildings). Move and try again. • You are trying to access an option for which you have not taken out a subscription with your service provider. Contact the service provider for further details. The bars next to disappear • If you have just turned on your device, wait for about 2 minutes, until your device finds the network and receives a signal from the network. • If you are in a tunnel or in an elevator, the device may not be able to receive the network signal properly. Move to an open place. • This may appear when you move between different service areas. It is normal. 154
