TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Shooting A warning tone (beep-beepbeep) sounds, and it is not possible to take a picture using the selftimer. When zooming in or out, the zoom movement stops momentarily. There is noise in the captured image. When recording a video clip under fluorescent lights, a noticeable flicker appears in the image. The battery pack is consumed. The optical zoom has moved to the maximum magnification position. The ISO sensitivity setting is too high. This occurs when the shutter speed is too fast. Action Install a sufficiently recharged battery pack. Or connect the AC adaptor (supplied). Reference page 32, 36 Not a malfunction. Release the zoom switch, 80 and push it again.
