Upper Handlebar Arm Adjustment, Workout Incline Adjustment

Upper Handlebar Arm Adjustment Correct grip placement encourages exercise efficiency and comfort, while reducing the risk of injury. The upper Handlebar Arm can be adjusted to four distinct positions. Step off the machine before you adjust the arm. 1. Loosen the Handlebar Arm Adjustment Knob on the end of the Upper Handlebar Arm. 2. Move the Upper Handlebar Arm to one of the positions. 3. Fully tighten the adjustment knob to secure the Upper Handlebar Arm in the new position. Make sure the Upper Handlebar Arms are secure before you exercise. Workout Incline Adjustment The angle of the Rails can be increased for a more intense workout. Do not adjust the workout angle when on the machine. Fully lower the Incline Assembly after each workout. 1. Lift the Incline Adjustment Handle to adjust the workout angle. 2. Release the handle when the Rails are near the desired angle. When released, the Incline Assembly will catch and hold the workout angle. 3. Push down on the Pedals to be sure the Rails are secured by the Incline Assembly. Note: Do not step onto the machine until you know the Incline Assembly is secure. Be sure that the workout space you are utilizing has adequate height clearance, taking into consideration the height of the user and the maximum incline of the elliptical machine. 31

Upper Handlebar Arm Adjustment
Correct grip placement encourages exercise efficiency and comfort, while
reducing the risk of injury. The upper Handlebar Arm can be adjusted to
four distinct positions.
Step off the machine before you adjust the arm.
1.
Loosen the Handlebar Arm Adjustment Knob on the end of the Upper
Handlebar Arm.
2.
Move the Upper Handlebar Arm to one of the positions.
3.
Fully tighten the adjustment knob to secure the Upper Handlebar Arm
in the new position.
Make sure the Upper Handlebar Arms are secure before you
exercise.
Workout Incline Adjustment

out.
