A dialog box or window from the program for the transmission of the document will appear. Documents sent as e-mail attachments are converted by Note default to JPEG files. When you send a document stack, each document in the stack is sent as a separate attachment. If you want documents to be converted to a different format, right click the icon of the e-mail application in the Application Link Area and select Properties from the pop-up menu. This starts the Application Linking Wizard. Change the document format in the appropriate window of the wizard. Note that some formats, such as Bitmap, may result in excessively large files for high-resolution documents. Sending and receiving such a file will require a long time and may exceed a size limit imposed by the e-mail application or server. In this case, we recommend that you use JPEG.
