To use this tool, select the document you would like to make a document summary for with a single mouse click in List View or Thumbnail View and then select Summary Information... in the File menu. You can also right-click the mouse over the appropriate document and select Summary Information... from the pop-up menu.

Document Summary Tool
The Document Summary tool serves a dual purpose: it provides you
