If something is wrong with this product, check the following before calling your authorized SHARP dealer or service center. " DVD player Symptom No sound is heard. Noise is heard during playback. When a button is pressed, the unit does not respond. The display on the unit is dark. The power is not turned on. The sound is not reproduced in the Dolby Digital 5.1 ch. No images are displayed. Even though a disc has been loaded, NO DISC is displayed. Playback sounds are skipped. The control buttons do not function. Music or video playback is interrupted. Possible cause ! The audio cable is disconnected. ! Is the TV or amplifier volume level set to "0"? ! Move the unit away from any com- puters or mobile phones. ! Set this unit to the power stand-by mode and then turn it back on. ! Is the display in the dimmer mode? ! Is the unit unplugged? ! Is the initial setting screen set to "LPCM"?
