Calendar settings From stand-by, select } Menu } Organizer } Calendar } More and select an option: • View week - view a week's appointments. • New appointment - add a new appointment. • Change date - go to another date. • Advanced - find an appointment, set reminders or select a start day for the week. • Delete - delete appointments. • Help - for more information. To send an appointment From stand-by, select } Menu } Organizer } Calendar and select an appointment } More } Send and select a transfer method. Tasks Add new tasks or use existing tasks as templates. You can also set reminders for tasks. To add a new task From stand-by, select } Menu } Organizer } Tasks } New task } Add. } Task or Phone call. Enter details and confirm each entry. To view a task From stand-by, select } Menu } Organizer } Tasks and select a task } View.
