Disturbances in picture and sound can often be eliminated by checking the symptoms and following the suggestions listed below. I SYMPTOM CHECK AND ADJUST Poor or no picture (screen not lit), good sound • Adjust PICTURE. • Adjust BRIGHT. • Check antenna/cable connections. Good picture, no sound • Press VOLUME +. • Release MUTING on the Remote Commander. • Check that the MTS button is set correctly. • Check that the TV/ VIDEO button is set correctly. • Set the SPEAKER switch to ON. No picture (screen not lit),no sound • Is POWER switched on? •Power in outlet? • Check that the TV/ VIDEO button is set correctly. GENERAL No color • Is it a color program? • Adjust COLOR.
