Recording with digital input (optical cable required) Connect to a digital source using an optical cable (POC-5B or POCZAB, not supplied) to make digital recordings. Digital recording is possible even from digital equipment with different sampling rates, such as a DAT deck or a BS tuner, using the built-in sampling rate converter. Before synchro-recording, make connections to the digital source with a digital cable, and insert a recordable MD.
