Help Guide Digital Media Player NW-ZX706/NW-ZX707 Registering or unregistering folders to be imported to "Music player" You can register up to 10 folders in the internal memory of the player or on a microSD card to [Folders to be imported]. The music files stored in [Folders to be imported] will be imported into the database of "Music player", and you can play or manage the files in the same way as the music files stored in the default folders. Follow the steps below to register a folder to [Folders to be imported]. 1 On "Music player", tap the menu items in the following order. (Options) － [Settings] － [Folders to be imported]. 2 Tap the registration start button ( ) in the bottom right of the screen. A folder in the internal memory of the player A folder on the microSD card The number of the imported songs Unregister button Registration start button 3 Select the desired media and tap folders to display the desired folder. To cancel registration, tap the cancel button in the top right of the screen. 4 Tap the register button to the right side of the desired folder. 5 Confirm the message and tap [YES]. The selected folder will be registered to [Folders to be imported], and the [Folders to be imported] screen will be displayed. 6 Tap (back) button. 7 Confirm the database update message, and then tap [YES]. "Music player" will import the music files in the registered folder to the database. 117

Registering or unregistering folders to be imported to “Music player”
You can register up to 10 folders in the internal memory of the player or on a microSD card to [Folders to be imported].
The music files stored in [Folders to be imported] will be imported into the database of “Music player”, and you can play
or manage the files in the same way as the music files stored in the default folders.
Follow the steps below to register a folder to [Folders to be imported].
On “Music player”, tap the menu items in the following order.

[Folders to be imported].

Tap the registration start button (
) in the bottom right of the screen.
A folder in the internal memory of the player
A folder on the microSD card
The number of the imported songs
Unregister button
Registration start button

Select the desired media and tap folders to display the desired folder.
To cancel registration, tap the cancel button in the top right of the screen.

Tap the register button to the right side of the desired folder.

Confirm the message and tap [YES].
The selected folder will be registered to [Folders to be imported], and the [Folders to be imported] screen will be
displayed.

Tap
(back) button.

Confirm the database update message, and then tap [YES].
“Music player” will import the music files in the registered folder to the database.
