Using Your Notebook Computer Registering Your Computer You can take advantage of Sony's commitment to quality customer support and receive the following benefits by registering your computer with Sony: Sony Online Support - Talk to a Support Representative to troubleshoot problems you may be having with your computer. J Extended Limited Warranty - Protect your investment. Extend your Warranty nine months for a total of 12 months from the original date of purchase when you register your computer. Express service - Provides convenient resolution of problems. J Free Internet access - Use the Internet for up to 50 free hours when you sign up with GTE (no credit card necessary). Limit of two hours per day; free access expires 50 hours or 90 days after signing up, whichever occurs first. Follow these steps to use your notebook computer's online registration service. 05) You must connect your phone line before using any online services, induding the online registration service.
