Using network functions (continued) Security in the use of wireless LAN devices • To avoid hacking, access by malicious third parties, and other vulnerabilities, confirm that the wireless LAN is always secure. • It is very important to set up security on a wireless LAN. • If a problem occurs due to inadequate security measures or due to foreseeable circumstances, Sony Corporation is not responsible for any resulting damage. Resetting network settings The following settings are reset when resetting network settings. • SSID/password for smartphone operation • Streaming settings (p. 97) • FTP transfer settings (p. 99) • FTP transfer result (p. 101) • Wired LAN settings (p. 96) • Access point settings (p. 92 to 95) • Device name (p. 95) 1 Press the MENU button. 2 Select (NETWORK SET) t [NETWORK RESET] t [OK] with the SEL/SET dial. Useful functions Selecting suitable settings automatically (full auto mode setting) You can optimize settings to suit the scene to record. Press the FULL AUTO button A to set full auto mode on. The FULL AUTO button lamp turns on. The iris, ISO sensitivity/gain, shutter speed, and white balance are adjusted automatically. You cannot adjust them manually. To set full auto mode off Press the FULL AUTO button A to turn the indicator lamp off. b Notes • When you set the FULL AUTO button on (lit), the iris, ISO sensitivity/gain, shutter speed, and white balance are adjusted automatically. You cannot adjust them manually. • The following functions are not available when full auto mode is on. - Slow & Quick Motion - Super Slow Motion 102
