Troubleshooting If you experience any of the following difficulties while using the drive, use this troubleshooting guide to held remedy the problem before requesting repairs. Should any problem persist, consult your dealer. Symptom A recorded disc cannot be played back. No recording can be done. No additional recording can be made. Cause/remedy See c If the disc is a DVD+R, DVD-R, or DVDRW disc, it may not have been finalized. Finalize the disc. c The disc you are using may not be of a certified brand by Sony.
