If the power supply cord or plug is damaged, immediately disconnect the plug from the wall outlet to avoid the risk of electric shock. Never jerk the power supply cord to disconnect it from the wall outlet. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord. Replace a damaged power supply cord or have it repaired by an experienced electrician. Do not use the power supply cord for any other purpose, e.g. for carrying or hanging up the charger. Never use power supply cords that do not comply with applicable electrical codes and regulations. Make sure the power supply cord is located and/or marked so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, come in contact with sharp edges or moving parts or otherwise be subjected to damage or stress. WARNING To reduce the risk of shock and/or overheating and fire, an extension cord should not be used unless absolutely necessary. If an extension cord must be used, plug the charger into a properly wired 16 gauge (AWG 16) or heavier gauge extension cord with blades that are the same number, size and shapes as the blades on the charger. Always wear heavy-duty work gloves. WARNING Always switch off the mower and remove the fuse key and battery before picking up or transporting the unit. When transporting it in a vehicle, properly secure the lawn mower and its parts (e.g. grass bag) to prevent turnover and damage. Use ropes or straps to secure the handles. Remove the fuse key and battery before picking up or transporting the unit. This avoids the risk of the motor starting unintentionally. English 1 2 If carrying the lawn mower by hand, use two persons: - Hold the cover with both hands (1). - Hold the left bracket with the left hand, right bracket with the right hand (2). Always keep the cutting blade away from your body.
