STIHL cut-off machine cart* English / USA Storing the machine The cut-off machine can be mounted on the STIHL cut-off machine cart without any difficulty whatsoever. The cart makes it very much easier to work with the cut-off machine and is an indispensable aid when - repairing damaged carriageway pavements - applying carriageway markings or - cutting expansion joints. 338BA036 Together with the infinitely variable cutting depth gauge wheel (special accessory), the cut-off machine cart ensures accurate, straight cut edges and a constant cutting depth accurate to within a millimetre, particularly when working with diamond abrasive wheels. For periods of three months or more. : Drain and clean the fuel tank in a well ventilated place. : Dispose fuel properly in accordance with local environmental requirements. : Run the engine until the carburetor is dry. This helps to prevent the carburetor diaphragms sticking together. : Remove the abrasive wheel. : Thoroughly clean the machine, paying special attention to the cylinder fins and air filter. : Store the machine in a safe and dry place, out of reach of children and other unauthorized persons. * see "Guide to Using this Manual" TS 460 41
