The PRGM IàO menu items are instructions. The actions they perform occur as the program runs. Chapter 16: Programming 215 After you enter a program name, press b. The program editor and program editor menu are displayed. The program name is displayed at the top of the screen. The cursor is on the first command line, which begins with a colon. The TI-86 automatically places a colon at the beginning of each command line. As you write the program, the commands are stored to the program name.
