FREEdOM REFRIGERATION FREEdOM® COLLECTION INSTALLATION OPTIONS The Freedom® Collection offers you a variety of installation possibilities. In some instances, special accessories are required. SPLIT COLUMNS SIdE-BY-SIdE * SPLIT COLUMNS WITH PARTITION 1 2 *A partition is required. When two flush columns are installed side-by-side, the Sideby-Side Sealing Kit (BSEALKIT10) must be used to ensure a stable connection. When two framed chiseled stainless steel and pre-assembled columns are installed side-by-side, the unification kit (TE42UKIT10 or TE48UKIT10) must be used. * When combining two columns that are installed less than 6" apart, use the Extreme Combination Side-by-Side Heating Kit (XHEATKIT10). When dimensioning the partition for model 4, note the thickness of the furniture fronts to prevent damage if the doors are opened at the same time. Use the Extreme Combination Side-by-Side Heating Kit (XHEATKIT10) if the gap between the appliance is less than 6" (160 mm) or for permanent connection of two individual appliances, (e.g. freezer or bottom mount appliance next to a freezer). Minimum thickness of the partition 5/8" (16 mm). 3 4 AT THE ENd OF THE KITCHEN If one side of the appliance is visible, a side panel must be used. The side panel must be connected firmly to the wall, the floor and the overhead furniture/fixtures before the appliance is placed in the cavity.
