Each time you press the REPEAT button, the repeat mode changes in the following order: : Repeat Track → Repeat Directory → Off / MP3 O.S.T. - 1 D PICTURE 2 PICTURE 1 MP3 O.S.T. - 3 PICTURE 3 MP3 O.S.T. - 4 E 2 Use the D / E buttons to find desired folder and then press the ENTER button. 3 Use the D / E buttons to find the desired MP3 title and then press the ENTER button. Stop/Pause Playback A-B repeat playback - A-B repeat playback allows you to repeat material between two selected points. 1 Press the REPEAT A-B button to select the start point during playback. " A" is displayed on the TV screen and the starting point of your selected segment is set up. 2 Press the REPEAT A-B button again to select the end point. " AB" is displayed on the TV screen and the ending point is set up. Playback starts at the point that you selected. Playback stops at the end point, returns to Point A automatically, then starts again. MP3/WMA files Operation Stop Playback Press the STOP button to stop playback. Pause Playback 1 Press the PAUSE (II) button during playback. 2 Press the PLAY button again to return to normal playback. E.A.M. (Enhanced Audio Mode) - Used to simulate multi-channel sound from just two speakers without the need to add extra speakers or equipment 1 Press the E.A.M. button during playback. 2 Each press of the E.A.M. button changes the sound option as indicated below: : Off → Concert → Living room → Hall → Shower → Arena. 3 Repeatedly press the REPEAT A-B button until "Off" appears on the screen to resume normal playback. Playable files MP3/WMA disc compatibility with this player is limited as folllows: • Playable discs: CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW • Sampling Frequency: MP3: 11 kHz, 16 kHz, 32 kHz, 44,1 kHz, 48 kHz WMA: 44,1 kHz, 48 kHz • Bit rate: MP3: 32 kbps - 320 kbps (CBR) WMA: 64 kbps - 192 kbps(CBR) • CD physical format: Mode 1 • File system: ISO9660, UDF without interleave • File name: File names are limited to eight characters or less and must incorporate "MP3" or "WMA" extension. e.g."********.MP3 WMA" File names cannot contain special characters such as etc. Less than 50 bytes • Total number of files: Less than 650 • WMA codec version: V2, V7, V8, V9 (Stereo sound only) 43
