Accessing the Answering System

With the phone in standby, open the menu. Select Answering Setup and select an action from the following table: To... Follow these steps: Record a personal greeting 1. Select Record Greeting. and press MENU/SELECT. 2. Wait until the system says "Record greeting", then you can start recording. Press Menu/Select to stop recording. 3.
