Personalizing the Greeting Your personal outgoing message or greeting can be from 2 to 30 seconds long. If you don't record a greeting, the system uses a pre-recorded greeting: Hello, no one is available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone. Message Manager Play Messages Voice Mail During message playback, press MENU to open the menu for playback control. Message Manager Message Manager lets you view the caller's information. With the phone in standby, open the menu and then select Message Manager; press UP or DOWN to find the message you want to listen to.
