Step 3 Connect to Phone Line When the handset battery pack is fully charged (after 15-20 hours of charging), plug the telephone cord into the base unit and then into a telephone wall jack. Your phone is set for tone dialing. If your local network requires pulse dialing, refer to page 25. Step 4 Setting Caller ID & Language Display Options TO SET CALLER ID ON CALL WAITING AND CALL WAITING DELUXE For all Handset Menu Setup options, refer to page 17. Press menu/del in standby mode. Press ring/vol/∧ or ring/vol/∨ to select Global Setup and then select/ . Press ring/vol/∧ or ring/vol/∨ to select CIDCW and then select/ .
