Projector does not respond to the remote control (or responds poorly Make sure you are within 10 feet from the projector. Point the remote at the screen or at the front of the projector. Make sure the infrared sensors (on the front and on the back) of the projector are not blocked. Darken the room. The lighting may be affecting the remote control. Replace the battery. E N G L I S H No sound • Adjust the Volume and make sure the Mute button is toggled to OFF. • Verify that the audio input is properly connected. • Adjust the audio source device. No video • Check the video input connections. • Adjust the Brightness. A bright dot appears in the picture • This is a characteristic of liquid crystal technology and is usually not a problem.
