Grill Cooking Chart FOOD WEIGHT OR THICKNESS FLAME TOTAL SUGGESTED SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SIZE COOKING TIME AND TIPS MEATS Pork Chops 1/2"(1.3 cm) Med 1"(2.5cm) Med 20-40 minutes 35-60 minutes Remove excess fat from edge. Slash remaining fat at two-inch intervals to keep edges from curling. Grill, turning once, and moving if necessary. Cook well done. Ribs Med 45-60 minutes Grill, turning occasionally. During the last few minutes, brush with barbeque sauce, turning several times. Ham Steaks (fully cooked) 1/2" (1.3 cm) High 12-15 minutes Remove excess fat from edge. The following charts have been provided as useful guides in these situations. Ingredient Substitutes Recipe calls for: 1 Tbsp.
