To disable the remote start system • To disable the remote start, move the shutdown toggle switch to the OFF position. Location of Shutdown Switch Valet Takeover • Press and release on the remote control one time while the vehicle is running. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position. The vehicle remains running, and runs for the pre-­pro­gramm­ ed period of time (12, 24, or 60 minutes). Rear Window Defogger • Press the , and buttons simultaneously to turn the defogger on or off when remote starting.
