Insert the ARM PRESS TUBE (with internal threads) (18) through the Arm Press and Top Frame.: Make sure the ARM PRESS TUBE (18) is equally spaced inside the assembly. Place first a 3/8" LOCK WASHER (79), then a 3/8' FLAT WASHER (76), and finally a LARGE 3/8' NYLON FLAT WASHER (57) onto two 3/8" X 1 1/4" HEX HEAD BOLTS (80). Thread these two Bolts into each side of the ARM PRESS TUBE (18) to secure the Arm Press. El Press a 1 1/8' ROUND PLASTIC CAP (56) into each end of the RIGHT ARM PRESS HANDLE (15) and LEFT ARM PRESS HANDLE (16). Apply a small amount of liquid dish detergent to each end of the Right and Left Arm Press Handles and assemble onto each end a 6' FOAM GRIP (17). Assemble each ARM PRESS HANDLE (15) and (16) to the proper side of the Arm Press and secure with 3/8' X 2 3/4' HEX HEAD BOLTS (78), 3/8" FLAT WASHERS (76), and.3/8." NYLON LOCK-NUTS .(75)..
