Finger

tighten

back

Frame

Tube

through

the

hole

in

the

opposite

end

of

SEAT

ANGLE

BRACKET

secure

a

FLAT

WASHER

onto

a

Tighten

Seat

Bolts

at

this

time.

To

assemble

the

Backrest,

assemble

a

3/8'

FLAT

WASHER

onto

each

of

two

HEX

HEAD

BOLTS

and

insert

through

the

rear

of

the

Upright

Frame

Tube

and

into

the

threaded

holes

in

the

Backrest.

Tighten

securely.
