23. Route the short end of the Split Cable (72) through the Front Leg (4) and attach it inside the Leg Lever (13) with a Leg Lever Pin (91) and a Cotter Pin (90). Insert the two Short Pad Tubes (32) into the Leg Lever (13). Slide two Large Foam Pads (37) onto each Short Pad Tube.
