ASSEMBLY Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY: An adjustable wrench (not Included) and the Included 7/32" alien wrench . 1. Raise the Handrail Upright (18) and Right Handrail (24) to the vertical position. 18 24 2. Insert a Handrail Bolt (47) with a Flat Washer (48) through the plate on the lower end of the Right Handrail (24). Tighten the Bolt into the Frame (57). Tighten the Handrail Bolt that is already in the plate. 3. Insert a Handrail Bolt (47) with a Flat Washer (48) through the plate on the lower end of the Handrail Upright (18). Tighten the Bolt into the Frame (57). Tighten the Handrail Bolt that is already in the plate. 2 57 3 Tighten Tighten 24 48 47 4. Rotate the Console (56) to the position shown. Tighten the two 4 bolts under the Console with the 7/32" Allen Wrench (26). 48 _____4015) 18 57 47 5. Remove the paper backing from the Adhesive Clip (30). Press the Adhesive Clip onto the Right Endcap (70) in the indicated location. Press the 3/16" Allen Wrench (72) into the Adhesive Clip. Make sure that all parts are tightened before you use the treadmill. Note: To protect the floor, cover the floor beneath the tread6 mill. 56 Bolts 26 70 0 30 72

Rotate
the
Console
(56)
to
the
position
shown.
Tighten
the
two
bolts
under
the
Console
with
the
7/32"
Allen
Wrench
(26).
5.
Remove
the
paper
backing
from
the
Adhesive
Clip
(30).
Press
the
Adhesive
Clip
onto
the
Right
Endcap
(70)
in
the
indicated
location.
Press
the
3/16"
Allen
Wrench
(72)
into
the
Adhesive
Clip.
Make
sure
that

tightened

treadmill.
