44-8 Administering the Fiery SI Messages you might see in Printer Setup are described in the following table. Printer Setup messages After this Setup screen: This message: Attached IPX File Servers Unattached file server detected. Publish Hold Queue You must publish a connection (Direct, Print, Hold) first. Means: You have set up at least one configuration (NetWare File Server/ NetWare Print Server/Poll Interval) in Network Setup that you have not yet selected in Printer Setup. You must attach the NetWare file server to a copier or printer, and select a Fiery SI connection (Direct, Print queue, or Hold queue) for it. Repeat the process for each NetWare file server you added in Network Setup. You have selected No to the options (Publish Direct Connection, Publish Print Queue, and Publish Hold Queue). You must choose Yes for at least one of these options. Choose Yes for Publish Direct connection if you intend to download files or fonts using the Fiery XJ Downloader. Choose Yes for Publish Print Queue if you intend to use the remote utilities to manage jobs on the color server. Runtime error messages For canceling jobs, calibration alerts, and error messages related to printing and calibration, see the User Guide. Check power and cable This message on the Control Panel indicates that the interface cable between the Fiery SI and the copier is not connected, or a print job is ready but the copier is not turned on.Depending on the copier or printer model, the runtime diagnostics Test Scan/Print, Video Diagnostics, and Cable Check may be available for service technicians. This message on the Control Panel indicates that the interface cable between the
