Operating the BODiBEAT/Wearing the BODiBEAT This sheet provides simple instructions on operating the BF-11 and shows how to properly put on the BF-11 for exercising. Quick Guide The Quick Guide includes important Precautions for using the BF-11 and also introduces the basic functions of the device. BF-11 Owner's Manual (this manual; PDF) The Owner's Manual provides complete, detailed information and instructions for using the BF-11. Use the table of contents to locate features and functions you want to use, and use the Menu Tree to locate information about items that appear on the BF-11's display. BODiBEAT Station Owner's Manual (PDF) This is the manual for the included "BODiBEAT Station" software. Make sure to read this manual when using BODiBEAT Station.
